We wouldn’t like to make you wake up to soon, but if anyone does, the sun rising behind the green hills could already be a worthwhile natural show; in the meanwhile a walk, a little jogging among the fields or in the wood, a dive into the swimming pool or a bath in the lake could be some of the possible ways to start the day.

Now your mood should be up and, having consumed some energy, you could also grant yourselves a big alfresco breakfast. If you need fresh sandwiches you don’t have to take any trouble to find them, since this is one of the services we offer you.
After breakfast you have plenty of options to fill your days.


In nearby BOLSENA you can find: tennis, sailing courses, horse-riding, water-skiing (teacher available), scuba courses, gym.

In our FARMHOUSE you can do: sport fishing, mushroom picking, surf, canoe, bowls or you can simply have a bath in the swimming pool and then lie down under the sun or in the shadow with a good book. We also have a five-a-side football pitch, PING PONG table and a Mountain bike rental service.

A boat trip with a view on Bisentina island, rich of history and natural beauties, will keep your mood up for a few days.

Visiting some of the little towns around BOLSENA LAKE, museums, castles, necropolis of ancient civilisations, natural parks and the nearby thermal baths is only one of the many things you can do. The lovers of big cities can easily reach ROME, SIENA, FLORENCE, AREZZO AND PERUGIA in less than two hours by car or train.


The sea is only 60 km away.
In half an hour’s drive you can be in Umbria or Tuscany, to do some shopping or to taste and buy typical products (wine, oil, cheese, etc.) or local handicrafts.


On the way of your tours through the area, you will discover an untouched nature with oak and chestnut woods, farmed fields covered with vineyards and olive groves, multicoloured natural lawns with unique panoramic views .

Back home in the evening, adults are easily captured by the breathtaking sunset on the LAKE, while kids are splashing in the swimming pool or playing con the grass.
If you decide to end your night at one of the many local restaurants, feel free to go, but for your self-made alfresco dinners we can offer you fruit, vegetables and other products growing in our garden.
