Booking & Payment Conditions

Prices include final cleaning and services, as listed in detail, on the page relating to the location chosen.

– Swimming pool usually open from mid May to the end of September. For other periods please contact us for more information.

– Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Please inform us the time of your arrival via email.

– Check-out: by 10.00 am, no later

– For more than one week stays: bed linen change every 15 days, towels change every 7 days, ‘extra’ cleaning only on weekdays on request at €20

– On request pets are welcome, if clean and quiet. Contact us for further information.

– Your booking request will be considered valid only when you will be given acceptance in writing, via email, by the Management.

– Once your booking has been accepted in writing, via e-mail, you will be required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the sojourn within 5 working days, to confirm and validate your booking. The remittance may be made by bank draft, in this case we will let you have our bank account number, or you may pay with your Credit Card, in this case you will give us your credit card number as guarantee of deposit. The outstanding balance will be paid on your arrival at the farmhouse.

– The capacity of each apartment is indicated on the site, and in no case can the number of people be exceeded.

– Cancellation of booking: up to 60 days before check-in date 100% of the deposit will be reimbursed; from 60 to 45 days before check-in date 70% of the deposit will be reimbursed; from 45 to 30 days before check-in date 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed; from 30 days before check-in date the deposit will be retained in full and no reimbursement is foreseen.

– Cancellation of booking to be valid must always be made in writing via e-mail.
